Design Your House

Although we have base models for you to choose from, each one of our ADUs is custom-built to your specific needs - size, features, utilities, colors, and more! You have full creative control to create your perfect space!

Efficient Delivery

Our goal is to build your ADU as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Our expert staff handles the permitting process for you. We typically will complete your build within approximately 7-10 months once permits are issued.

Our Studio ADUs are is the perfect small addition to your backyard for a single person or even a studio or workspace for your hobbies or business!

1 Bedroom

Options in our 1BR line range from small to expansive with a traditional feel - more than enough space for an individual or couple looking to get away or rent a small space!

2 Bedroom

This is our most spacious model that is made to be like a home for up to a small family! Perfect for renting out or taking care of a close family member.

Detached ADU

Detached ADUs are the most popular options for ADUs right now as they give you the most privacy and can look the best on your lot. These are ADUs that are completely detached from your main home and can be up to 1,200 sq.ft depending on your location and the space you have available. We have several standard floorplans and designs for detached ADUs that you can use as well as fully custom options!

Garage Conversions

Don’t have a lot of room on your property but have a detached or attached garage that you think would make a great living space? We can also help you completely transform your garage into a finished, functional, and fully legal ADU on your property. This is a great option for a small rental space or a space for a parent or child to live nearby but still have their own independent space!

Addition/Remodel

Attached ADUs, sometimes called JADUs, are another great option if you want your ADU to blend into your house or if you don't have enough room in your backyard to build a detached ADU. These ADUs share a wall with your main house, but are otherwise completely separate with a separate bathroom, kitchen, and living space!
